MARSMILE INC is the sole applicant, responsible party, and operator of PlantLedger. Located at 6246 SALE AVE, WOODLAND HILLS, CA 91367, USA. We are committed to crafting serene digital experiences. We believe in thoughtful design and mindful gameplay.

The App was developed by Lonnie Milton Higgins, who acts solely as the Developer and Apple Seller. Mr. Higgins does not assume any legal or operational responsibility for the application.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products within PlantLedger are virtual digital goods (e.g., VIP Subscriptions). Therefore, we do not have a physical return address. All processing of refunds is handled through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system.

2. Refund Window

The standard refund window is generally within 90 days of purchase, subject to Apple's discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

Users must submit their refund request directly to Apple via the official Apple Report a Problem portal.

Log in with your Apple ID.
Locate the PlantLedger purchase.
Select the reason for the refund and submit.

MARSMILE INC does not have the technical ability to process direct refunds, as all financial transactions are handled by Apple.
