The App was developed by Lonnie Milton Higgins, who acts solely as the Developer and Apple Seller. Mr. Higgins does not assume any legal or operational responsibility for the application.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Auto-Renewal: For weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The InfiniteNebula (Lifetime) option is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
How to Cancel: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple ID settings:
Refund requests must be submitted via Apple's Report a Problem portal within 90 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
We do not provide services to U.S. sanctioned countries/regions. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any country or region subject to U.S. trade embargoes (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine), and you are not on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARSMILE INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
